Our process, from first inquiry to coordination.
ESA Markets follows a clear, structured process that keeps every engagement professional and well organised, while leaving all commercial decisions with the relevant parties.
Initial inquiry
A buyer or supplier submits an inquiry describing the product, parameters and objective.
Requirement review
We review the information provided to understand the requirement and confirm anything that is needed to proceed.
Counterparty assessment
We consider our network for suitable potential counterparties whose parameters may align.
Potential match
Where a plausible commercial fit appears to exist, we prepare a considered introduction.
Commercial introduction
We introduce the relevant parties so they can begin direct discussion of terms.
Negotiation between relevant parties
The parties negotiate their own terms, documentation and conditions. ESA Markets is not a party to these negotiations.
Transaction coordination
We support clear communication and coordination between the parties as their discussions progress.
Commission arrangements where applicable
Where a brokerage commission applies, it is agreed separately and in writing between the relevant parties and ESA Markets.
Our role is precise
ESA Markets is an intermediary. We are not a party to the underlying sale or purchase contract between introduced counterparties unless this is explicitly agreed in writing in a separate agreement. All negotiation, verification, due diligence, contracting, compliance and transaction decisions are carried out by, and remain the responsibility of, the relevant parties.
