Brokerage, introduction and coordination services.
ESA Markets provides professional intermediary services across international energy markets. Each service is delivered without guarantees as to supply, pricing, transaction completion, verification of counterparties, or investment returns.
Buyer representation & sourcing
We take a clear brief from a buyer — product, quantity, destination, specifications and commercial requirements — and work to identify suitable potential suppliers within our network. We represent the requirement professionally and coordinate the sourcing conversation, without warranting that any particular supplier, volume or price will be available.
Seller & supplier introductions
For qualified suppliers, we facilitate introductions to potential buyers whose requirements may align with the products and parameters on offer. We present the opportunity accurately and connect the relevant parties, leaving negotiation and contracting to them.
Crude oil brokerage
We facilitate commercial introductions relating to crude oil and light crude oil opportunities. Our role is to connect qualified buyers and suppliers and support communication; we do not take title, guarantee allocations, or confirm supply.
Refined petroleum product brokerage
We introduce counterparties across refined products such as EN590 diesel, jet fuel and other distillates. Introductions are made where a plausible commercial fit exists, subject entirely to the terms and availability of the relevant counterparties.
International commercial introductions
We connect parties across borders, drawing on an international network of buyers, suppliers and commercial contacts. We help serious participants reach one another efficiently while respecting the confidentiality of each side.
Counterparty matching
We assess the stated requirements, parameters and objectives of each side to identify potential commercial fits. Matching is based on information provided to us; it is not a verification of any party and does not guarantee that a transaction will proceed.
Transaction facilitation & coordination
Once parties are introduced, we support clear, organised communication and coordination between them. We help keep the process orderly, while all commercial terms, documentation, negotiation and decisions remain with the relevant parties.
Market & opportunity research
We monitor markets and requirements to identify potential opportunities that may be relevant to our counterparties. Research is provided for general commercial context only and should not be relied upon as advice or as a guarantee of any outcome.
