Nothing on this website creates an agency, partnership, joint venture, fiduciary or employment relationship between ESA Markets and any user, buyer, seller or supplier.
No Product Ownership Disclaimer
ESA Markets does not own, produce, refine, store, transport, insure or sell crude oil, refined petroleum products, or any other commodity referred to on this website, unless specifically stated in a separate written agreement. References to products, specifications, quantities or markets describe areas in which ESA Markets may facilitate introductions; they do not represent inventory held by ESA Markets, an allocation, an offer, or confirmed supply.

Counterparty Due Diligence Responsibility
All users are solely responsible for conducting their own independent due diligence and verification in respect of any counterparty, product, document, specification, title, origin, and commercial term. ESA Markets does not verify, endorse, guarantee or assume responsibility for any counterparty introduced or any information they provide. Before entering into any transaction, each party should satisfy itself, using its own professional advisers, as to the suitability, legitimacy and risks involved.

Commission and Fees
Where ESA Markets is engaged on a brokerage basis, any commission or fee, and the party responsible for paying it, is agreed separately in writing before it becomes payable. Use of this website and the submission of an inquiry do not, in themselves, create any obligation to pay a commission or fee. ESA Markets does not charge users to view this website or to submit an initial inquiry.
